Biratnagar – In the third match of the 4th Biratnagar Hub Inter-School (Boys) Cricket Tournament 2025, held at Marylebone Biratnagar Jwala Cricket Ground in Ward-6, Green Peace School defeated DAV School by 2 wickets.
In the Thursday match organized by the Nepal Cricket Foundation, DAV School won the toss and chose to bat first. They scored 115 runs in 19.3 overs, losing all their wickets, setting a target of 116 runs for Green Peace School.
Although DAV’s top-order batsmen put up a fighting performance, Green Peace’s bowlers were very effective. Chasing the target of 116 runs, Green Peace School reached the score with the loss of 8 wickets, winning the match. Green Peace’s batsmen played carefully and controlled the game until the last over.
In Thursday’s third match, Digambar Yadav of Saraswati School was declared the ‘Man of the Match’ for his excellent performance in both batting and bowling, playing a decisive role.
