Surkhet — Since the Jen-ji-led movement, the Karnali government has slowed down. The government has neither presented a concrete plan for rebuilding structures damaged during the movement nor accelerated development work. In the first five months of the current fiscal year, the Karnali government has managed to spend only about 7 percent of its budget, which is the lowest expenditure recorded so far.
